At Vintage With An Edge, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because we specialize in vintage and antique pieces, many of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind, and irreplaceable. Please carefully review the photographs, measurements, descriptions, and condition information before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, we are always happy to provide additional information when available.

Shipping:

We offer complimentary ground shipping within the United States. Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping distance. Most orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days, while longer-distance or coast-to-coast shipments may take 7–14 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or immediately before holidays may require additional processing time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Return Policy:

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the return will be documented and approved for a refund. Refunds are intentionally held until 60 days from the original purchase date and will be issued to the original payment method on or after that date. Because we sell unique vintage and antique pieces, we maintain detailed purchase and return records and carefully document each item before shipment and upon return. The 60-day refund period is part of our transaction and return process and allows us to complete the necessary verification associated with each purchase and returned item. The 60-day refund period does not extend the 30-day return period. Customers must still contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date to request a return. After the refund is issued, your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and postal insurance. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing appropriate insurance. Vintage With An Edge is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged during shipping:

Please contact us immediately and include clear photos of both the item, the box, and shipping material. We will work with you regarding the shipping damage and, when appropriate, assist with the carrier's claims process. For our records, we also photograph each item after it is carefully wrapped and before the package is sealed. Because our inventory consists primarily of vintage and antique pieces, many items are one-of-a-kind. We generally cannot provide a replacement or exchange for a damaged item because an identical piece is unlikely to be available. We reserve the right to request that a damaged item be returned to us at the purchaser's expense before a refund is issued.
